Rental terms
Clear terms, no surprises
Everything you need to know before reserving. The full terms are confirmed in your reservation agreement before anything is due.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of 30% of the rental total is collected with your reservation. It is returned in full within 5 business days of return, once pieces are inspected.
Rental window
Standard rentals cover a three-day window — delivery or pickup the day before your event, return the day after. Longer windows can be arranged for an additional fee.
Delivery, setup & takedown
Arches include delivery, setup and takedown within 20 miles of the Twin Cities. Beyond 20 miles a mileage fee applies. Smaller pieces are available for studio pickup at no charge.
Care & damage
Faux florals are delicate. Normal wear is expected and never charged. Missing stems, crushed blooms or water and smoke damage are deducted from the deposit at replacement cost.
Reserving your date
Dates are held first come, first served. Your reservation is confirmed once availability is verified and the deposit is received. We recommend requesting 2 to 6 months ahead for peak season.
Changes & cancellations
Add or swap items up to 30 days before your event, subject to availability. Cancellations more than 60 days out receive a full deposit refund.

The hands behind
the florals
I'm Ka Bou Vang, and I live in the Twin Cities with my family. My days are spent as a data analyst in healthcare — my evenings and weekends belong to florals.
Between running, hiking, strength training and singing, I design and build faux floral décor for weddings and events. Bloom & Veil grew out of that: pieces made carefully enough to be worth reusing, rented so more couples can have them.
When you reserve, you are working with me directly — from the first email to the takedown after your last dance.

before you book
Rented faux florals give you the fullness of premium blooms at a fraction of the cost of fresh, they photograph beautifully under any lighting, they will not wilt in heat or cold, and nothing gets thrown away at the end of the night.
Two to six months ahead is ideal, especially for May through October weddings. If your date is closer, still reach out — we will always check.
Yes. Arches include delivery, setup and takedown within 20 miles of the Twin Cities. Beyond that a mileage fee applies. Smaller arrangements and aisle markers can be picked up from the studio.
Absolutely. Send an inquiry and we will arrange a studio visit or a video walkthrough of the pieces you are considering.
Normal wear is expected and never charged. Significant damage or missing pieces are deducted from your security deposit at replacement cost, and we will always show you exactly what was affected.
Yes — custom packages are a big part of what we do. Share your palette, venue and inspiration through the consultation form and we will design around it.
Not yet. Reservation requests come to us first so we can confirm your date and final total, then we send a secure payment link for the deposit.
